1. Replacement Policy
We offer 7-day replacement only. Refunds are not provided.
2. Eligibility
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Proof of defect (photo or video) must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
3. Return Shipping
If the mistake is from FS44 (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we bear the shipping cost. If not, the customer covers the return cost.
4. Non-Replaceable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products like innerwear or customized orders may not be eligible for replacement.
